What's a Gang Sheet?

A gang sheet is one large film sheet packed with multiple designs. Instead of ordering each design separately, you fill the whole sheet — more prints for less money. All our sheets are 22" wide — just pick the length that fits how many designs you need.

Common Questions
PNG with a transparent background works best. We also accept PDF, AI, and PSD files. The higher the resolution the better — 300 DPI or above is ideal for sharp prints.
Yes — DTF transfers require a heat press set to around 305°F for 10–15 seconds. A household iron is not recommended as it won't apply consistent pressure or heat.
DTF works on cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, denim, nylon, and more. Unlike screen printing, it doesn't require a white base — it works on any color fabric.

Pack your designs as close together as possible without overlapping — leave about a 0.25" gap between each one. You can use free tools like Canva or Photoshop to arrange your art before uploading.
When applied correctly and washed inside-out on a cold/gentle cycle, DTF transfers are very durable and can last 50+ washes without cracking or fading.
