Thank you for shopping with GoodguyzDTF! Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when placing an order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. The exact shipping rate will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes vary by shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically occurs within 2–8 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods (such as holidays) are outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@goodguyzdtf.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. GoodguyzDTF is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at hello@goodguyzdtf.com — we will do our best to make corrections before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
