A gang sheet is one large sheet packed with multiple designs. Instead of ordering transfers one at a time, you fill the full 22"-wide sheet with all your art — which lowers your cost per design significantly.

All our gang sheets are 22" wide. You choose the length: 22×24" (small run), 22×36" (most popular), or 22×48" (maximum space for big drops). Pick based on how many designs you need to fit.

PNG with a transparent background is ideal. We also accept PDF, AI, and PSD files. Aim for 300 DPI or higher for the sharpest results.

Pack your designs as close together as possible, leaving about 0.25" between each. Use Photoshop, Canva, or any design tool to arrange your art on a canvas matching your chosen sheet size before uploading.

We print what you send us. For best results, make sure your file uses RGB color mode. If you have concerns about color accuracy, reach out before ordering and we can check your file.

Yes — a heat press is required. Set it to 305°F and press for 10–15 seconds with firm pressure. A household iron won't give you consistent enough heat or pressure for a lasting result.

DTF works on cotton, polyester, blends, denim, nylon, and most other fabrics. It works on any color garment — no white base required like screen printing.

Our transfers are hot peel — wait 3–5 seconds after pressing, then peel the film back smoothly while it's still warm. For best results, peel slowly at a low angle.

When applied correctly, DTF prints are highly durable — 50+ washes without cracking or fading. Wash inside-out on cold/gentle cycle and avoid high-heat dryers to maximize longevity.
