Welcome to GoodguyzDTF. By accessing or purchasing from our website, goodguyzdtf.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content. GoodguyzDTF reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Products & Custom Orders

All products sold through GoodguyzDTF are custom-made or made-to-order. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Product colors and finishes may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to monitor differences and the nature of DTF printing.

3. All Sales Final

Because all of our products are custom-made specifically for each customer, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details, including our process for defective or misprinted items.

4. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible for incorrect information submitted by the customer at the time of order, including but not limited to size, design, color, or shipping address. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Errors submitted by the customer are not eligible for reprints or refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including designs, graphics, logos, and artwork — is the exclusive property of GoodguyzDTF and protected under U.S. copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited. By placing an order, you represent that any custom artwork or designs you submit are either original works you own or that you have the legal right to reproduce and print. GoodguyzDTF is not liable for any intellectual property claims arising from customer-submitted designs.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods made available at checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability

GoodguyzDTF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
